    With years of experience as a large-scale LPG distributor and an ever-expanding network of operation, E1 builds an LPG refrigeration tank terminal located in Quang Ninh - Vietnam, with a total capacity of 80,000 metric tons and is expected to be completed in Q4.2025.

      First, E1 Terminal is the only LPG refrigeration terminal in Northern Vietnam, allowing for the shortest import route (see figure).  Second, E1 Terminal has a fleet of refrigerated carrier (Very Large Gas Carriers), which allows us to reduce ocean freight costs. Third, E1 Terminal can import competitively through E1, the Global LPG Market Leader.

      As the terminal with the largest storage capacity in Northern Vietnam (80,000 tons), we can provide the most stable supply to our LPG customers. On the other hand, other suppliers only have storage tanks of less than 5,000 tons. We are also supported by E1, which has signed long-term supply contracts with oil-producing countries in the Middle East.

      As the only terminal in Northern Vietnam to be equipped to separate C3 and C4 tanks for import storage, E1 Terminal can provide customised C3:C4 composition according to customer's specific requirements.  On the other hand, other suppliers only provide LPG in specific ratios (usually 50:50).

    Long-term agreements with our oil-producing partners from the Middle East and North America ensure a reliable LPG supply of the best grade for years to come. As we import our LPG directly from global leading manufacturers via VLGCs, we are able to minimize the import steps as well as time and cost. Furthermore, through spot purchases and swap transactions with international LPG dealers, we secure superior price competitiveness that enables our customers.

    Previously, North Vietnam's LPG imports involve a two-stage journey: VLGCs first deliver to the South China Refrigeration Terminal, then smaller Pressurized Gas Carriers transport it onwards.

    The new E1 Terminal streamlines this process by enabling direct VLGC imports, saving time and resources.
